Today I ate

I've finally decided to stay under 500 cals a day!
I don't wanna eat over 100 cals per meal, so I can eat 5 times a day.
Today I ate:
Breakfast: 1 black coffee, 1 banana
Lunch: 1 black coffee, 1 banana
Dinner: 1 black coffee, 1 banana
Snack: 1 tea and 1 (red pink lady) apple
Now I notice that I've only had like 400 cal. today..not bad and I never felt hungry!
To me bananas are almost as good as chocolat, so I'm pretty happy with mostly only eating this!
